Form data includes your name, work email, organisation, role, optional contact details, preferred time, and challenge description. It is used only to review and respond to this request, retained for 180 days, and removed by scheduled cleanup after that period.

If you choose optional AI analysis, Hermes processes only your organisation, role, preferred time, challenge description, and request metadata for a summary and draft response. Name, email, telephone number, and Telegram handle in dedicated fields are not sent unless you include them in the description. Declining this option does not prevent submission or a human response.

Assistant chat messages are sent to xAI to generate a response, remain in temporary memory for no more than 30 minutes, and are not stored in the consultation-request database. Do not enter confidential information.

To request deletion, submit this same form with the phrase “Data deletion request.” The request is recorded for identity verification and deletion coordination; submitting the form does not delete data automatically or immediately.

If a reference and continuation code are shown after submission, the code is a short-lived bearer context for viewing only the coarse status of that request. It contains no name, email, telephone number, or request text; share it only with someone authorized to view that status.

After receiving a reference, you can use that reference and its status code to withdraw optional AI-analysis consent for the same request. This does not delete the request or prevent a human response; use the deletion route above to request data deletion.

For protected downloads, an Iranian mobile number is sent to Kavenegar only to deliver a one-time code. Necessary OTP history is retained for no more than 90 days; the download ledger keeps only one-way fingerprints and file facts, never the raw number, IP address, code, or token. Operational events for this flow are recorded without an identifier linkable to the number. Code verification shows current access to the number and creates no permanent account or contact.
